Qualifications and Experience:

Level 7/8 degree in Social Care or related field
or

Level 5 in Healthcare

Possess full clean driving license

Knowledge of Person-centered Planning

Excellent report writing and organisational skills

Good knowledge of HIQA/New Directions regulations and standards.

Demonstrate initiative, good interpersonal and teamwork skills

High degree of flexibility in responding to service need
